How to Request Billing and Account Support

Tridence Billing is the secure place to review invoices, payment history, and billing details. Visit Tridence Billing to access the customer portal or request help with an invoice. Accessing Tridence Billing Visit billing.tridence.com. If your account is ready, select Customer Login and sign in using the email address associated with your Tridence account. First-time users should use the portal invitation sent by the Tridence billing team. If your portal invitation has not arrived or your account is still being prepared, continue using the payment instructions on your existing invoice until the billing team confirms that your portal access is ready. What you can review Through Tridence Billing, customers can review: • Current and previous invoices. • Invoice dates, due dates, balances, and payment status. • Payment history connected to the account. • Billing details, credits, and approved adjustments, when available. • Recurring service invoices generated under the applicable agreement. To review an invoice or payment history, visit Tridence Billing. Understanding billable items A billable item is an approved service, project task, recurring service, fee, or reimbursable expense that may be included on an invoice. Each invoice should describe the item, quantity or time, rate, adjustments, applicable taxes, credits, and amount due, when applicable. A billable item is not the same as a completed payment. The invoice and payment status shown in Tridence Billing are the official account records. Paying an invoice Open the secure invoice link sent by Tridence or sign in at Tridence Billing. Available payment options will appear on the invoice. For bank transfer or check payments, follow the instructions shown on the invoice. Offline payments are recorded after they are received and reconciled. Do not send card numbers, bank account numbers, passwords, or verification codes through chat or email. Outstanding balances and account verification The Tridence AI Concierge can explain billing procedures, but it will not disclose an account balance, invoice status, or payment history based only on a name, company, email address, or invoice number. Account-specific information requires secure portal access or verification by the Tridence billing team. To check whether an invoice is outstanding, visit Tridence Billing and select Customer Login. Getting help through the AI Concierge The Tridence AI Concierge can answer general questions about invoices, billable items, payment history, and how to use Tridence Billing. For an account-specific request, the AI Concierge will first ask whether you are a current Tridence client. It will direct you to the secure billing portal. If you cannot access the portal or need human assistance, it may request your full name, company or organization, and account email address so the billing team can locate the correct account and complete secure verification. These details help locate an account but do not verify identity by themselves. Never provide a password, one-time verification code, complete card number, bank account number, or other payment credential in chat. Requesting billing support For billing support, visit Tridence Billing. If you cannot access the portal, use the Tridence AI Concierge or email [email protected]. Include your name, company, account email address, invoice number when available, and a brief explanation of the question. Do not include sensitive payment details. Requests involving refunds, disputes, payment changes, account ownership, or contract terms require human review. Requesting a callback Tridence callback hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Eastern Time. During callback hours: “Your request has been received. A Tridence representative will contact you soon.” Outside callback hours, email may be faster. Email [email protected] or submit a callback request for the next available business period.
